RETURN POLICY

We truly hope you love your purchase, but we know sometimes a piece just isn’t the right fit. We’re happy to accept returns for store credit only. Due to our quick inventory turnover and as a small business, all returns must be back in our possession within 14 days of purchase or delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected by Wrenley Kate Boutique, store credit will be issued promptly. You’ll receive an e-gift card via email sent to the email address associated with your original order.

Returned items must arrive in brand-new condition. This means unworn, unwashed, free of odors, and without any marks from deodorant, makeup, or other products. Items that show signs of wear or damage will not be eligible for store credit. If a return does not meet these conditions, no credit will be issued and the customer will be responsible for return shipping should they wish to have the item back.

All sale items and accessories are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Sale items are defined as merchandise discounted from the original retail price.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package appears to be missing or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the USPS customer service team directly for assistance.
